Cheerleading

Last week we talked about coaches wanting more for their clients – more than their clients would even dare to dream of. I challenged you to explore the depths of your dream state. I talked about that like it could be easy. I dunno – maybe easier than we think, but likely not without its feelings, challenges, and few steps backward. If it was easy, you’d do it solo.

A coach on a football field does not play the same role as the cheerleader, but that doesn’t mean their roles don’t overlap. The cheerleader is what you need when you’re “not feeling it anymore.” Or you “suck.” You ever have those thoughts? “I suck at this.” Lol. How productive is that one? Yeah, you’re gonna need a push during these times. And not a trite “you got this” from your local IG inspo. You’ll need a push composed of organization, effectiveness, and authenticity. From someone who knows you, understands your goals and values, and unconditionally believes you are capable.

So I think it’s critical to mention that a life coach is also there to be your cheerleader. To champion you. Always. Does that sound full of shit? Sure does. I didn’t even like writing it. But I’m more interested in results than methods.

I’ve seen this work too many times now not to believe that a coach in your corner helping you reveal a hidden angle to wholly transform the way you approach or define a “problem” is one of the more valuable investments you can make. This is actual breakthrough thinking. Let’s fucking go.

Are you as pumped on this one as I am? Coaching could be the right tool for the job. If you want to discuss what that looks like for you, go ahead and schedule a free consultation with me here or keep learning about coaching on my site.

Go get ‘em this week.
